Tech support today is always a subject of great consternation for both sides of the conversation.
On the one side, it's frusterating to have to call/walk in to have to explain again and again, to at least two people, what your novice diagnosis of the technology problem is. Often this banter goes around and around till they come to the conculsion that something is defective... either you or your device.
Taking this experience out of the 21st Century can be just as entertaining...
